Will my business keep its name?
Yes. Portfolio companies keep their own names, brands and customer relationships. Some choose to add the line “Advised by Earth Holdings”.
Do you take shares in my business?
No. You keep full ownership. We are paid a monthly retainer and a success fee under a management services agreement.
How long does the process take?
It depends on the business and the information available. Agreeing the scope and fees early helps avoid wasted time on both sides.
Is the conversation confidential?
Yes. Initial conversations are informal and confidential, and a mutual NDA is signed before any detailed information is shared.
I am an adviser. How do I introduce a client?
Email hello@earthholdings.uk with the sector, approximate size and the owner’s goals. No confidential details are needed until an NDA is in place. We respond to every introduction within two working days.
