Who we are
EARTH HOLDINGS LTD (“EARTH HOLDINGS”, “we”, “us”) is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. The personal data we collect
- Enquiries: your name, email address, company, telephone number (if given) and message, when you contact us through this website or by email.
- Business contacts: contact details and correspondence of business owners, introducers, advisers, lenders and funding partners we deal with.
- Acquisition opportunities: details of owners and key staff shared with us under a confidentiality agreement.
- Candidates and contractors: CVs, contact details and information needed to engage or employ you.
We do not process the personal data of our portfolio companies’ customers.

Who we share it with
Our service providers, who act on our instructions: Google (Workspace email and documents), Dropbox (file storage), Xero (accounting) and Hostinger (website hosting). We may share information with our professional advisers, lenders and, where required, regulators or law enforcement. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law. Website enquiries that do not lead to a relationship are deleted after two years. Unsuccessful job applications are deleted six months after the decision.
Security
We use two-factor sign-in, encrypted devices and access controls to protect personal data. Website enquiries are sent over an encrypted connection.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict or object to its use, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email hello@earthholdings.uk. We will respond within one month.
